NexGateHub operates this directory. Use our contact form for privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete a submission.

Browsing and saved tools

The website uses browser local storage to remember your saved tools on your device. This is not an account and does not sync across devices. Clear your browser's site data to remove it. We do not currently install advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Submissions

If you submit a request, we collect your name, email, tool name, website, message, and submission time to review and respond to it. Contact details are not published as part of a listing. We do not sell your contact details or automatically add you to a mailing list.

Hosting and abuse prevention

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores submissions. Its services process technical request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Our submission service stores a daily salted hash derived from your IP for temporary abuse prevention; it does not store the raw IP in the submission database. Expired rate-limit records are removed when new submissions are processed.

Retention

Unneeded enquiries should be removed within 90 days. Active business correspondence may be retained while needed to fulfil the request. You can request deletion through the contact form.

Other websites

Following an official product link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. If we add analytics or third-party advertising, this notice will be updated before those services are enabled.
